Delivery
Once payment is completed, your digital product will be made available for download immediately.
Cancellation rights
Under UK consumer law, consumers usually have a 14-day right to cancel distance purchases. However, for digital content supplied immediately, this right can be lost once the customer has expressly agreed to immediate access and acknowledged that the right to cancel will be lost once the download or access begins.
By purchasing and downloading a digital product from this website, you agree that:
- delivery of the digital content begins immediately after purchase, and
- you lose your 14-day right to cancel once access to the digital product has started.
Refunds
Because this is a digital product supplied instantly, refunds are not normally offered once the product has been downloaded or accessed.
However, this does not affect your legal rights. You may still be entitled to a remedy if the product:
- is faulty,
- is not as described, or
- cannot be accessed as promised.
